Anna Sobol – Abstract artist

• Hello, I am Anna. Nice to meet you!

I’am visual artist based in Israel. I do abstract paintings, using acryl, pencil and oil colors.

I always had the aspiration for doing Art. When I was just a little girl, I had won a big street painting contest, where a lot of kids had participated. In high school I specialized in dress design. This is the time I began drawing my first abstract miniatures. My paintings were often chosen to put on high school’s lobby walls. I was pushed by my teachers to start learning in Bezalel – the Jerusalem academy of arts and design. Ashdod’s art association has accepted me to be a member.

I have participated in several exhibitions in Israel. I draw my paintings without any preparation or scratches. The objects that appear on the canvas are an instant plot of my imagination.

 I got a lot of positive reviews from art profesionals and from people who got in touch with my art.
